Jennifer Swinstead

Jennifer brings more than 25 years of established property expertise to Woodstead and an impressive career spanning almost every level of residential estate agency.
From residential sales and lettings to award-winning branch management and senior Area Director positions, Jennifer has spent decades building high-performing teams, growing successful offices and achieving outstanding results across competitive property markets.
Her specialist experience also extends to land, new homes and shared ownership, giving Woodstead clients access to a depth of knowledge that goes far beyond traditional residential sales.
At many larger agencies, that level of expertise sits several layers above the person handling your sale. At Woodstead, it sits directly inside the business and remains accessible to our clients.
Jennifer lives in Carlton and has spent decades working across Nottingham, giving her expert local knowledge built not only through market data but through years of living, working and selling property across the city.
Outside of Woodstead, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, walking around Gedling Country Park and Colwick Woods, discovering local restaurants and attending The Lord Roberts quiz in Hockley.
Jessica Woodward

Jess brings a dynamic, hands-on approach to Woodstead, with extensive experience across residential lettings, property management and sales.
Before founding Woodstead, Jess worked as a Senior Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager, managing the complete property journey from new instructions and marketing through to compliance, tenancies, maintenance and long-term landlord relationships.
She is ARLA Propertymark qualified, combining professional industry knowledge with the practical, day-to-day experience needed to manage property properly.
Her role at Woodstead covers marketing, negotiations, sales progression, landlord relationships and the overall client experience, helping ensure the service remains responsive, knowledgeable and personal from beginning to end.
For our clients, that means fewer layers, faster decisions and direct access to somebody who understands the complete picture rather than just one part of the transaction.
Jess lives in Arnold and has strong local knowledge of Nottingham and the surrounding areas, particularly the north and east Nottingham markets where Woodstead works extensively.
Outside of property, Jess enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family and taking her Samoyed, Sensei, on long walks.
