What We Require

  • Proof of identity (passport, driving licence, or national ID)
  • Proof of income or employment (payslips, employment contract, or bank statements)
  • Previous landlord or agent reference (if applicable)
  • Credit check consent and verification
  • Any guarantor details, if needed
  • Contact numbers and emergency contact details

Accuracy matters. Incomplete or false information may delay or invalidate your application. All personal data is handled securely and in compliance with data protection laws.

What Happens Next

  1. We review your application against current tenancy criteria.
  2. We conduct reference checks and verify employment or income.
  3. If approved, a tenancy agreement is drafted and sent to you to sign.
  4. Security deposit and first month’s rent will be required before move-in.

Timeline & Communication

We aim to review applications within 48–72 hours (business days). You will receive email updates at each stage, including references, checks, and decision.

If additional checks or landlord responses delay processing, we will notify you immediately.

Tenancy Conditions & Policies

  • Standard tenancy deposits and check-in inventories apply.
  • Tenants are responsible for utilities and minor maintenance under fair usage.
  • No smoking, no pets (unless agreed), and compliance with property rules.
  • Rent is due on the specified day each month; late fees may apply.
  • Insurance suggestions: contents insurance is highly recommended.

Can I withdraw my application?
Yes, contact us in writing. If checks are already underway, fees or delays may apply.
Does applying cost anything?
No — applying is free. You only pay monies required after your application is accepted (deposit, rent, etc.).
Do I need a guarantor?
If your income doesn’t meet the required threshold, a guarantor may be requested.
